A group of FemCat partners has traveled to the Swiss country to get to know first-hand its professional training model, based on apprentice schools, and its ecosystem of applied innovation. There is an urgent need to apply in Catalonia some of the keys to the country's success, such as the creation of a neural and support network that ensures the transfer of knowledge between academia and business.
